· NEW CUSTOMERS
If you are placing your first order with S and F Gaskets, LLC, we request that you fill out a brief information form that will be helpful to us in setting you up in our computer system. EMAIL US AT (scrogginsbilly56@gmail.com) First orders can be promptly processed utilizing your credit card or web pay. No C.O.D.s. For Open Accounts, see below.
· OPEN ACCOUNT
An open account will be considered for those customers who provide us with a properly filled out Application for Credit and Bank Information Release form request by email. (scrogginsbilly56@gmail.com) We will respond in email to your request for credit as soon as possible. All open account invoices are due within 10-30 days of the invoice date.
Due to the nature of the industry and the unreliability of factory records, all research results should be verified whenever possible by the customer. Freight charges for incorrect parts are not refundable.
· PRICES
The prices quoted will be the lowest possible price at time of order, consistent with normal business practices.
Published prices are subject to change at any time and the actual price may be higher or lower than the most recently published price.
Customers who use large quantities of individual items should contact our sales department for special prices where available.
We will usually honor all prices quoted for a period of 30 days unless you are advised otherwise by our sales personnel.
· PRODUCTS
All products illustrated on our website are displayed as accurately as possible at the time of publishing.
Occasionally manufacturers change products, specifications, or appearances of their replacement parts and this is beyond our control.
All products listed on our website are not necessarily manufactured by or obtained from the original equipment manufacturer.
Products listed may be provided by alternative manufacturers and are made to standards equal to or better than the original parts provided by the named manufacturer of the equipment.
· MINIMUM ORDER
To cover costs, we have established a minimum order of $10.00 net merchandise plus shipping.
Orders of $500 or more in Gasket ORDERS will receive Free Shipping on NEW customers’ first order.
Walk-in REPLACEMENT doors, special ordered and custom fabricated products are excluded from this additional discount.
· SPECIAL ORDERS
S and F Gaskets, LLC gladly accepts orders for products not appearing in our website, subject to the delivery schedule of our supplier.
Returns or cancellation of special orders are subject to the terms of the vendor. Return freight is not warrantied.
· DEPOSITS
Special orders and custom fabricated products are subject to a minimum 50% deposit before the order is entered. These items must also be ordered in writing, by email or replying to an estimate.
· SHIPPING
Orders are normally shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS): regular ground service, unless requested, second day air or next day air.
Oversized or lengthy parts must be shipped by motor freight. Heavy or bulky items over 150lbs will normally be shipped on a common carrier truck line.
S and F Gaskets, LLC is granted preferential tariff rates by selected motor carriers that are passed on to our customers. We will honor customer preferences where possible.
Please note FedEx and UPS shipping:
Items 37” to 89” in length – $12 extra charge.
Items 90” to 107” in length – $90 extra charge.
Items 108” and up – $200+ extra charge.
(Items 108” and longer are shipped motor freight unless over 150lbs)
· PACKING
When additional packaging is required, i.e., crating, wood stiffeners, special cartons, or shipping tubes, to safely ship merchandise, additional charges will be added to shipping and handling.
These charges will only be for the additional cost of packaging materials and will be kept to a minimum.
· PARTIAL SHIPMENTS
It is our policy to ship all orders the same day they are received if possible. We will normally ship all items that are in stock. If we are out of stock of any item, we will normally backorder the item(s) and ship them as soon as they arrive. If you require your order to be shipped complete, please inform the sales representative who takes your order or mark your written order SHIP COMPLETE.
· SHORTAGES
If you feel you did not get all the merchandise indicated on the packing list, you must report it to us within 1 business day of receiving the package. Always keep the original shipping carton and packing material. Shortages resulting from damaged packages should be reported to S and F Gaskets, LLC immediately.
DO NOT SEND returned material back freight collect, or C.O.D. IT WILL BE REFUSED.

· LIMITED WARRANTY
All hardware items are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of sale. Where our suppliers have offered a longer warranty period this will be made available to our customers.
Other products may have a limited or no warranty. Please inquire about the warranty on parts at time of purchase.
S and F Gaskets, LLC will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price, at its discretion, for any of its products which prove to be defective within the limits of this warranty.
This warranty does not include labor, travel time or shipping costs necessary to replace or repair the product.
This warranty shall not apply to any product that has been subject to improper installation (customer installs), abuse, misuse or used for purposes not intended.
In no event shall S and F Gaskets, LLC be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
