All Claims must be made within 24 hours unless it falls on weekend >>No Exceptions.
No Refunds on all custom-made gaskets and strip curtains except for manufacturer defects.
If you are not happy with your hardware, please contact S and F Gaskets, LLC within 5 business days.
Terms of return (5 days)
Refunds will be honored on all hardware once it has been received back to the shipper, must be in original condition and must not have been installed. No Exceptions

State of return All Returns must be in same condition as when shipped from shipper and in same box it was shipped in or no refund will be paid.
Process for return: Contact customer service to initiate all returns.
If gaskets are lost in shipping by FEDEX or UPS, S and F Gaskets, LLC will remake and ship replacements at no charge to the customer.
